MT partnered with Global Career Company, a specialist recruitment consultancy, on the provision of event management & talent acquisition services, for the maiden edition of the Talent Agenda Series Conference West Africa.
The 2-day conference held at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel from the 25th – 26th of April, 2018, was preceded by a Webinar on Capacity Development, on which MT’s Managing Director, Dr. Wura Abiola shared thoughts and experiences.
Dr. Wura Abiola was also a moderator an one of the conference panel sessions themed “Corporate Social Responsibility, Capacity Building and Developing Critical Skills for Regional Development in West Africa”

Dr Wura Abiola, Managing Director of Management Transformation Ltd, was on a panel at the opening ceremony - From Cape Town to Lagos to Palo Alto to Austria’s tech start-up community.

MT conducted its annual open training programme themed “Professional Business Writing Skills” from the 22nd – 23rd of November 2018.
The training programme which had in attendance various business professionals was designed to help participants improve, develop and polish their business writing skills. Effective business writing skills enable organisations to communicate ideas explicitly, help them in winning businesses and set them apart from their competitors.
The annual open training programme is in line with an excerpt of the firms mission which is “transforming organisation, through their people, for the benefit of society”.

Dr. Wura Abiola was also the moderator on one of the conference panel sessions themed “Do you know your HIPOs? Identifying High Potential Talent”.

MT partnered with Unicorn Group on its inaugural TechMoney & Innovation Summit held on the 10th & 11th of June 2019 at the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria.
